We are pleased to announce that Blakeman & Associates has been established a data provider with ISNetworld® (www.isnetworld.com).

The ISNetworld® relationship is being implemented by many companies in the refining and petrochemical industry as a best practice to streamline and more effectively manage contractor information. ISNetworld® has begun serving the refining and petrochemical industry as the owner client’s primary contractor information management systems. As a result of this action, contractors performing services for owner clients will be required to become a subscriber to ISNetworld®. If you are a subscriber to ISNetworld® Blakeman & Associates believe the benefits to both parties will far exceed any associates costs.

For a small fee your company’s ISNetworld® subscription will provide owner clients access to the following require information:

1. Company Profile – Populate your Dashboard in ISNetworld® to include company contact information, office locations, work types performed, geography served, etc. This will provide owner clients with your company’s most current contact information at any time.

2. HSSE Questionnaire Management – ISNetworld® contains the Standardized Contractor Questionnaire – Verified (SCQ-V) which will be utilized to gather your company’s HSSE data. The SCQ-V will replace all previous owner client questionnaires sent to your company.

3. Safety Program Review and Verification – ISN® RAVS will review your written health and safety program for compliance with regulatory and/or owner client standards. You will be required to submit to ISN® RAVS copies of your written health and safety program. Detailed instructions will be communicated during your subscription set up. ISN® RAVS will also verify your company’s OSHA and EMR statistics.

4. OSHA Logs and EMR Certification – ISN® will require your 300 and 300A OSHA logs and EMR letters from the past three years directly into ISNetworld® and make those documents available online to the owner client. This information we can input for you.

5. Insurance Certificates – ISNetworld® will track and verify your company’s Insurance Certificates.

6. Case Management Plan – Blakeman & Associates will explain where to locate and how to submit your company’s Case Management Plan directly into ISNetworld® through the Owner Specific Documents area for owner client review.

7. DOT OQ Program Coordination – If the work you will be performing for owner client falls in the category of DOT-Pipeline/Facilities Construction or Maintenance Activities (49 CFR Part 195) work, owner client must have access to your Operator Qualification Reports in ISNetworld®. Owner client requires an OQ Report for each individual and a list of the qualifications for all of the covered tasks they will be performing.

8. Form W-9 – Owner clients may use ISNetworld® to track your company’s Form W-9.

9. Supplier Diversity and Small Business Certificate Verification – Owner clients may use ISNetworld® to track and verify your company’s Diversity and Small Business Certificates.
