Support Program
Blakeman & Associates Safety Support Program is a professional
support services program that includes corporate support and
onsite services by a safety professional to assist in compliance
and reduction of liabilities. This service is tailored to
fit each company's business model and is site specific. Features
include:
Conduct:
- Safety survey to determine needs and evaluate priorities
- Training on required programs (This service may not
include major topics that may require several hours of
training. Example: OSHA 30 hour class, Hazwoper 40 hour
class, etc.)
- Minor Repair and Maintenance of Facilities
Update and Maintain:
- OSHA 300 Form (Including detailed backup forms such
at the OSHA 301 and 300A)
- Develop Employee Training schedules and conduct this training
in English or Spanish
- Regulatory Compliance Training Records
Install and Maintain:
- MSDS Binders and “Right to Know” Stations
(Includes obtaining material safety data sheets from manufacturers,
duplication, and distribution to field locations)
- Required Posters and Signs:
- Labor Posters
- Safety Posters
- Exit and Emergency
- Machinery Warning (Guarding, glasses, etc.)
- Facility Warning (No smoking, handrail use, etc.)
Inspect, Maintain, and Document:
- First Aid Kits
- Eyewash Stations
- Fire Extinguisher
Inspect and Document
- Ladders
- Assured Grounding/GFCI
- Chain, Sling, Cable, and Rope
- Machine Guards
- Forklifts
Each member of management will also receive:
- Unlimited Telephone Consultation
- Subject Areas:
- Occupational Safety (OSHA)
- Human Resource (Employment Law)
A service report summarizing the onsite activities will be
provided after each visit.
Pricing does not reflect the expense of necessary supplies,
products, and hardware.
